Travel Reimbursement: When you are a traveling nurse and you live more than 50 miles from the facility you are working Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. will pay you up to a $600 tax free ($300 each way) travel reimbursement. We calculate the total mileage one way and multiply by 50.5 cents (government allowed mileage reimbursement).
